Soon the first pigeons from Australia will arrive in the loft to Spain.
The registration time for the race 2013 is from now till 30.04.13.

Our Australian Pigeons have arrived in Spain - they travelled well and are settling into the special module loft as they are starting moult and the weather is quite cool there at this time. - watch this space - photos and video of their arrival will appear some time this evening if not early in the morning...

To Rafa - mate you are incredible and we are proud to be part of the Derby     Hope you got a good nights sleep !!!!!!!!!

It is getting closer for me to have an entry in this race, my friend on the Canary islands Frans De Scheemaecker will be contacting Jose Ledesma as soon as he gets back to his home from Belgium about entering between 4 to 8 pigeons in the one loft race.

I am waiting to hear back from Frans which I hope will be withing the week to see what he has decided about entering a pigeon for me

Here is a photo of Frans in front of his loft holding one of his best pigeons it's breeding is three quarters Moore Barker and one quarter his own family, this pigeon won second for him from Safi 819 km it also was second champion pigeon in all races over the racing season for his organization

This is not the  Derby Arona thread - it is another one loft race entirely.

I couldn't see any air vents in that van that the birds came out of ,Does it have any .
I hope that these were training tosses ,I did see a couple of the birds that landed shouldn't have been tossed (short flights).
Sorry fellas but if you have someone elses birds ,Do it rite for the birds .
